Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to Broomfield County Busted Mugshots. By using the site, a visitor agrees to the limits below. The site is a private reference that points toward public record resources and outside research tools. It is not a government service and does not hold official records.

This privately owned site has no government, police, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report or an FCRA-covered service.

Nature of the Service

Broomfield County Busted Mugshots organizes links and explanations for the Broomfield active custody report, Police Records, court resources, Colorado corrections, and federal locators. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a record request, or act for a visitor. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency. Official records remain with the government office that created them.

Acceptable Use

Visitors must use the site and its links lawfully and without harming other people or the service.

  • Do not violate any local, state, or federal law.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or misidentify anyone.
  • Do not make employment, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-covered decisions from site content.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site or another system.
  • Do not run automated scrapers, bots, or bulk extraction tools.
  • Do not disrupt access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It and its advertising partners do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. A visitor agrees not to use information obtained here for hiring or firing, tenant or housing screening, creditworthiness, insurance pricing, licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or any other FCRA-regulated decision.

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to government portals, jail information, police or corrections pages, court services, legal resources, news outlets, and partner tools. Their operators control their content, privacy practices, prices, and availability. A link is provided for navigation and is not an endorsement. Review the destination's terms before using it.

No Warranties

The site and its content are supplied "as is" and "as available." No warranty is made that information is complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Partner search results may omit or mismatch records. Custody and court data can change quickly, and nothing here is an official statement from Broomfield Police, a jail, a court, or another agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, its owners, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside link or tool.

Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend and hold harmless the site, its owners, and its contributors from claims, costs, damages, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor's misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

Original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Broomfield County Busted Mugshots or the identified content partner. They may not be copied, republished, altered, or distributed without written permission, except where law independently allows the use.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after publication of a revision indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Access Restrictions

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, with or without notice, including when activity threatens the site, another person, or an outside service.

Colorado Law

Colorado law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Colorado.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected part will be limited or adjusted only as much as required to make it enforceable.
